Application for Continuing Education credits will be submitted to the Ohio Nurses Association, an Ohio Board of Nursing approver. (OBN-001-91)

No one with the ability to control content of this activity will have a relevant financial relationship with an ineligible company.

Criteria for successful completion

The certificate for 4.75 contact hours will be available electronically after attendance at the entire conference, viewing nine posters, and submission of the survey evaluating all of the conference program.

Evaluations

An evaluation link will be made available to participants at the end of the conference. If approved, attendees may earn contact hours by attending the entire conference, including poster viewing, and by completing the online evaluation following the meeting. Plan to take time to complete the evaluation. Even if you do not desire contact hours, your feedback is invaluable for future conference planning.
