Criteria for successful completion
The certificate for 5.25 contact hours will be available electronically after attendance at the entire conference and submission of the survey evaluating all of the conference program.
Evaluations
An evaluation link will be made available to participants at the end of the conference. If approved, attendees may earn contact hours by attending the entire conference and by completing the online evaluation following the meeting. Plan to take time to complete the evaluation. Even if you do not desire contact hours, your feedback is invaluable for future conference planning.
